  • Please allow 3-5 days for your items to process snd ship. When your item has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. We do offer overnight shipping if you need your item quick. Please email us for more information.

  • DURING A LAUNCH PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS FOR YOUR ITEMS TO PROCESS AND SHIP

  • If your items are damaged or defective, they must be reported within 5 days of receiving your product. Please email us for more information for this process.

RETURNS

  • You may return your items within 10 days of purchase date for a refund. Please include your order number or packing slip with your return for proof of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, smell free, unwashed, and in original packaging. If your item does not fit these guidelines, your item will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.

  • Once we have received your item, we will inspect the item, notify customer, and then issue a refund.

All shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your tracking information as well. Please remember we are not responsible for lost items.
